Terms of Service

BaddieMatch is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, appear on the platform, or use any part of the service. No one under 18 may hold an account, appear in a photo, or be featured in a profile. We remove accounts and content that violate this without notice, and we may require proof of age at any time.

There are two kinds of accounts, and they do different things.

• Scouts discover Baddies, follow them, RSVP to posted shifts, check in at public venues, send gifts and tips, post ratings, and buy Baddie Bucks.
• Baddies claim a profile, post the shifts they are working at public venues, check in when they arrive, receive gifts and tips, rate Scouts, and earn referral bonus points.

You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your login credentials and verified phone number secure. One person, one account.

Baddie Bucks are a prepaid virtual currency used inside BaddieMatch. Buying them is a purchase of a limited licence to use them on the platform, and nothing more.

• Baddie Bucks are non-refundable once purchased, except where refunds are required by law.
• They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not a stored-value or money-transfer instrument.
• They cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted between accounts, and they cannot be moved off the platform.
• Balances, prices, and pack sizes may change. We may adjust a balance to correct an error, a duplicate credit, a chargeback, or fraud.
• If your account is terminated for breaking these Terms, unused Baddie Bucks are forfeited.

Gifts and tips are voluntary and final. Sending one is a discretionary gesture of support, not a payment for any service, act, meeting, or outcome. A gift never entitles you to contact, attention, a reply, a meeting, or anything else from a Baddie. Sent gifts and tips cannot be reversed, refunded, or recalled.

Baddie Xperiences is a separate product with its own credits, its own pricing, and its own terms presented at the point of purchase. BaddieXP credits and Baddie Bucks are separate economies: neither converts into the other, and a balance in one grants nothing in the other.

Shift postings, RSVPs, check-ins, lineups, and venue information come from users. We do not guarantee that anyone will be at any venue at any time, that a posted shift will happen, or that a venue is open. Plans change, and shifts get canceled. Nothing on BaddieMatch is a promise that a specific person will be present.

Check-ins are only offered at public, licensed venues. We do not support check-ins, shift postings, or location sharing at private residences or any non-public location.

Reviews and ratings run in both directions: Scouts can rate Baddies, and Baddies can rate Scouts. Post only your own honest first-hand experience.

We remove ratings and reviews, and may suspend the account behind them, when they:

• contain harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors
• reveal private information such as a legal name, home address, workplace beyond a posted public shift, phone number, or social handle
• are traded for, paid for, coerced, or posted by someone with no real experience to describe
• are used to retaliate against someone for declining contact

A rating is one user's opinion. We do not verify opinions and we are not responsible for them.

Some Baddies list links to accounts they keep somewhere else. Those links are supplied by the person whose page they sit on. BaddieMatch does not own, run, host, review, sell, or endorse anything on the other side of an outbound link, and we earn nothing from it. BaddieMatch is a discovery platform, not an adult content site: we do not host, produce, stream, or sell adult content of any kind.

Social links appear on her page and on the Social board. Adult links, where a Baddie has added any, appear only on her own page and only after you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not collect, rank, feature, or let anyone search or filter for adult links anywhere on BaddieMatch.

Links are removed, and the account behind them can be suspended, when a link:

• offers, arranges, advertises, or prices in-person meetups, escorting, or any sexual service
• involves anyone under 18, or anyone whose age cannot be established
• involves a person who has not consented to appear, including impersonation and altered or AI-generated depictions of someone else
• indicates coercion, trafficking, or that someone is not acting freely
• belongs to someone other than the Baddie whose page it is on
• leads to malware, fraud, or a payment scheme unrelated to her own account

Anyone can report a link from the shelf it appears on. We review reports by hand and can switch a link off without removing the rest of a profile. Once you leave BaddieMatch, the other site's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

When someone joins through a member's link or code, both the new member and the member who referred them receive bonus points. Referral bonuses are points only and are never paid in cash. Attribution is recorded at signup and cannot be reassigned later. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and any scheme to manufacture referral volume forfeit all bonuses and can terminate the account. Bonus amounts may change.

BaddieMatch VIP is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period and partial months are not refunded. Included monthly Baddie Bucks drops are subject to the Baddie Bucks terms above.

Using BaddieMatch for any of the following will get your account removed:

• Stalking, following, surveilling, or tracking anyone. Stalking is a serious harm and, in many places, a crime. BaddieMatch exists to help you discover who is working at public venues, never to help you monitor a specific person's movements, show up where they did not invite you, wait for them, or build a picture of their routine. Using shift information, check-ins, RSVPs, or any other feature to locate, follow, or pursue an individual is a permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, doxxing, or repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop.
• Requesting, offering, advertising, or arranging prostitution, escorting, or any sexual service for payment, or any other illegal transaction.
• Impersonating another person, claiming a profile that is not yours, or misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Uploading content you do not own or have permission to use, or content depicting anyone under 18.
• Uploading, sharing, or linking deepfakes, AI-generated depictions, or digitally altered media of a real person without their consent — including anything that simulates nudity or sexual content.
• Scraping, crawling, bulk-downloading, reverse engineering, or automating access to the platform or its data.
• Moving payments off-platform to avoid fees, or otherwise circumventing our payment, gifting, or referral systems.
• Sharing another user's private information, including photos or location data, outside the platform.
• Attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account.

If someone is making you feel unsafe, report it to us at safety@baddiematch.com. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

We may suspend or terminate any account, remove any content, and withhold or reverse earnings when we believe these Terms have been broken, when required by law, or when an account presents a safety or fraud risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. You may close your account at any time; the sections that should survive closure — including Baddie Bucks forfeiture, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

BaddieMatch is a discovery platform. We do not employ, represent, staff, schedule, supervise, or act as an agent for any Baddie, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any venue listed on the platform. Venue names, addresses, and categories are listed for identification only. Every Baddie decides for herself what she posts, where she works, and who she interacts with.

You keep ownership of the photos, clips, and text you upload. By uploading anything to BaddieMatch, you grant BaddieMatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable licence to host, store, copy, resize, crop, watermark, edit, reformat, combine with other content, publish, distribute, and publicly display that content for the purpose of operating, marketing, advertising, and promoting BaddieMatch.

That promotional use includes, without limitation, our website and app, our social media accounts, paid and organic ads, email and text campaigns, press coverage, promotional videos, printed materials, and in-venue displays. You also grant us the right to use your display name, username, and the general city or venue associated with the content alongside it. We may add a BaddieMatch watermark. You will not be paid for this use, and you waive any right to inspect or approve each specific use in advance.

You confirm that you own or have all rights to everything you upload, that everyone appearing in it is at least 18 and has agreed to this use, and that no photographer, agency, venue, or other person needs to be paid or credited for it. If you used a photographer, it is your responsibility to have their permission before uploading.

You may not upload media that was generated or altered with AI to depict a real, identifiable person without their consent, to simulate nudity or sexual content, or to misrepresent something that did not actually happen.

When you delete content, we stop using it in new promotional material within a reasonable time. Material already published, printed, distributed, or placed with third parties, and copies held in backups or kept for legal records, may remain in circulation. You can ask us to stop a specific promotional use by emailing legal@baddiematch.com, and we will honour reasonable requests going forward.

BaddieMatch is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, that information is accurate or current, or that anyone you encounter through the platform is who they say they are. Interactions with other people, whether online or in person, are your own responsibility, and you use your own judgment about your safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BaddieMatch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. We are not liable for the conduct of other users, of venues, or of anyone you meet through the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, email us at legal@baddiematch.com so we have a chance to resolve it directly.

We send one-time verification codes when you ask for them, and confirmations about money in your account. Everything else is optional: activity alerts are off until you switch on the specific alert you want in Settings, one switch at a time, and agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of using BaddieMatch or of buying anything. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Reply STOP to any alert to end them all. The full policy — categories, frequency, rates and STOP/HELP handling — is in our SMS Terms, which form part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, where the change meaningfully affects your rights, notify you in the app. Continuing to use BaddieMatch after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
